This Promotion is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. 1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Starts November 1, 2013 at 9:00:00 AM Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) and ends January 2, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM Central Standard Time (“CST”) (the “Promotion Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or Washington, D.C. (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law), be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address and Facebook account. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after November 1, 2013, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, or employee of Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”), or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”); and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/ father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can enter the Promotion through the Excedrin^® “Take a Holiday From Headaches” Promotion application on the Facebook Platform. You can find the application by clicking the Promotion-tile link on the Excedrin^® Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Excedrin (the “Website”). To enter, you will first have to “Like” the Excedrin^® fan page on Facebook. You will need to provide the Promotion application with permission to access the basic information in your Facebook account (such as name, user ID) as well as your Facebook “Likes”. You will then be required to register by providing your complete and accurate contact information (first name, last name, full mailing address, date of birth, email address and phone number) and accepting these Official Rules. Limit of one (1) registration per person/email address/Facebook account. If you register, or attempt to register, more than ONCE using multiple email addresses or identities or any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants, all of your entries may be declared null and void, and any prize you might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Robotic, programmed or any other automated means of online entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification of all such entries from the Promotion.
   When you register, and for each following day that you return to the Website, you will be able to read a daily “holiday tip” and you will then receive one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes draw (See Rule #4 for draw details). Limit of one (1) Instant Win game play per day and (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this Promotion, a day (“Day”) runs from 12:00:00 AM CDT/CST (as applicable) to 11:59:59 PM CDT/CST, except for the first Day which starts at 9:00:00 AM CDT. All entries must be received by January 2, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM CST.
